Learning Experience Designer

McDonald's has an exciting opportunity for a Learning Experience Designer role. You will play a pivotal part in building engaging and immersive learning experiences that drive behavior change across the organization.

You will be responsible for developing multimedia content for learning & development programs and creating learning assets using various tools and technologies, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop and more.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing course or marketing assets using various tools and technologies based on the content and design requirements.
  • Designing user experiences using cutting-edge design principles and UI best practices.
  • Creating mockups or wireframes to confirm design with the team.
  • Demonstrating good file structure in artistic source, directory, and version management.
  • Translating complex concepts into clear and visually compelling stories using creative design techniques.
  • Designing and developing engaging content and interfaces for games, simulations, communications, marketing assets, and more.

This role is ideal for an imaginative and innovative designer who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and is passionate about building leading-edge learning solutions that empower teams to grow and succeed.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in designing and developing learning experiences and multimedia content.
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
