About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our learning solutions and consulting efforts. This role requires a unique blend of consulting expertise, instructional design excellence, and project management skills.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects and building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Design & Technical Leadership: Develop innovative learning solutions that integrate assessment methodologies, instructional design principles, and emerging technologies.
  • Client Management & Delivery: Lead complex client engagements, manage project delivery teams, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Business Development & Growth: Partner with account teams to shape and execute account expansion strategies.
  • Team Leadership & Capability Building: Mentor, coach, and develop consultants and project teams in consulting, instructional design, and client management capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Advanced Degree: Human Resources, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, Instructional Design, or related field.
  • Experience: 10–12 years in learning & development consulting, instructional design, or enterprise education, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise: Instructional design, competency frameworks, assessment tools, and digital learning platforms (LMS, video-based learning, mobile learning).
