As a Training and Development Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and learning culture within our organization.
This role involves managing the delivery of various training initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Evaluate departmental needs to identify skill gaps and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with department heads to design actionable strategies for bridging skill gaps
- Align training initiatives with organizational objectives to support overall goals
- Develop innovative learning programs using gamification, hybrid learning, and microlearning models
- Create engaging training materials, presentations, and e-learning modules tailored to various audiences
- Facilitate workshops, webinars, and interactive sessions for employees across all levels
- Monitor training effectiveness through feedback and data-driven insights to ensure continuous improvement

Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• 0-3 years of experience in Learning and Development or similar roles
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
• Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning tools
• Proficiency in data analysis to evaluate training effectiveness
