Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing global alumni e-learning content projects from planning to execution.
  • Preparing project maps, resource allocation plans, and execution strategies.
  • Serving as primary point of contact for client interactions.
  • Developing and implementing project management templates.
  • Overseeing key project metrics—effort, timeline, and quality.
  • Monitoring and managing project budgets.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams for smooth execution.
  • Reviewing deliverables for quality adherence.
  • Providing strategic and technical inputs.
  • Conducting team appraisals and training needs assessments.
  • Preparing MIS reports for senior management.
  • Sharing project learnings through knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Coordinating language translation projects.
  • Managing vendor coordination and risk mitigation.

Requirements
