Project Coordinator Opportunity

As a highly organized and experienced Project Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating with partners, agencies, and developers to ensure timely execution and alignment with business objectives.

  • Coordinate with partners, agencies, and developers to achieve project goals
  • Manage website rollouts, bug fixes, and vendor collaborations to meet deadlines
  • Translate sales and marketing needs into actionable tasks to drive results
  • Test and validate deployments to ensure quality
  • Maintain standard operating procedures, guides, and release notes to facilitate knowledge sharing
  • Conduct weekly project status reviews to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Suggest process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in tech project coordination
  • Exposure to CRM systems, preferably Zoho CRM
  • Basic understanding of web development fundamentals (HTML, CMS, WordPress/Shopify)
  • Familiarity with productivity tools like Google Sheets, Jira/Trello, Slack, and Notion
  • Strong task management and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Hands-on experience with CRM software, particularly Zoho CRM
  • Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, Zapier, and workflow automation tools
  • Vendor management experience to effectively collaborate with external partners
