About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned Project Lead to spearhead critical client projects across data analytics, AI, and CRM domains.

Job Description:

This role involves driving conversations with clients, prioritizing tasks for technical teams, identifying areas of improvement in ongoing solutions, and ensuring timely project delivery. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, be able to understand technical concepts, and contribute meaningfully to solution discussions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead client interactions, ensuring clear understanding of requirements, updates, and deliverables
  • Drive project discovery, scoping, and execution for data analytics, AI, CRM, and digital transformation initiatives
  • Translate client needs into actionable plans for technical teams
  • Proactively identify risks and resolve blockers to ensure timely completion
  • Prioritize and assign tasks, ensuring team alignment and accountability
  • Review solution designs and suggest optimizations based on industry best practices
  • Maintain project documentation, status updates, and reporting dashboards
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing feedback, metrics, and team retrospectives
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in program or project management in tech consulting or product teams
  • Experience in Data Analytics, AI/ML, and CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and contribute to solution discussions
  • Exceptional prioritization, time management, and team coordination capabilities
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Zoho Projects)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or product management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's or PhD in Project Management, Business, or related field preferred
