As a seasoned Learning Management System (LMS) administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic implementation and ongoing maintenance of our LMS platform. This includes creating, uploading, organizing, and updating all digital learning content within the system to ensure its relevance and effectiveness.
You will also analyze existing online content, develop and manage learning dashboards to track progress and performance, and prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each department. Additionally, you will create byte-sized learning modules, preferably video-based, for new topics.
This role requires strong technical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to analyze and solve problems logically. You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality, with a strong understanding of human resources principles and fluency in English language.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Create, upload, organize, and maintain all digital learning content within the LMS.
- Analyze, update, and refine existing online content to ensure its effectiveness.
- Develop and manage learning dashboards to track progress and performance.
- Prepare and curate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each department.
- Manage and update the training content repository to ensure it remains relevant and engaging.
- Create byte-sized learning modules, preferably video-based, for new topics.
- Requirements:
- MBA in HR or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality, with a strong understanding of human resources principles.
- Fluent in English language.
- Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with Canva and video-making software, such as VYOND and Articulate.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to analyze and solve problems logically.
- Strong interpersonal and vendor management skills.
- Presentation skills, with the ability to engage audiences effectively.
