About the Role

This is a managerial position responsible for developing and maintaining quality questions, managing subject matter experts, and working closely with other teams as per project requirements.

Requirements:

  • Developing high-quality questions
  • Content creation for general knowledge and current affairs
  • Managing question banks
  • Coordinating with subject matter experts
  • Test designing and development

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensuring quality question banks are developed
  2. Creating test designs in subjects of expertise
  3. Coordinating with SMEs to finalize test designs
  4. Maintaining inventory and tracking item availability
  5. Supporting team members in delivering projects

Qualifications:

  • Subject competency in school subjects till 12th level
  • Understanding of education system and NCERT/CBSE/Boards
  • Experience in assessment and evaluation
  • Good command over English and Hindi
