Job Purpose

  • The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for appointing and managing distributors and promoters to effectively promote prepaid SIMs, MNP, and recharges.
  • He/She will be responsible for ensuring distributor monthly target achievements.
  • Appoint and manage distributors in defined market geography.
  • Visit markets as per PJP to strengthen market execution and trade relationships.
  • Drive extraction from covered sites and towns - quality gross.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

  • Deliver revenue and sales targets.
  • Appoint and manage channel partners in defined market geography.
  • Ensure distributor 3i - infrastructure (office, DSE, computer), investment (working capital), and involvement (ways of working, processes) for reliable and effective service and winning against competition.
  • Expand town coverage and distribution outlets to build extraction intensity.
  • Visit markets/distributors as per PJP to strengthen market execution and trade relationships.
  • Drive extraction from covered sites and towns - quality gross and tertiary.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

  • 5-11 years of experience in Telco/FMCG.
  • Effective distributor management.
