Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Vodafone Idea Limited. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of distributors and promoters to effectively promote prepaid SIMs, MNP, and recharges in the defined market geography.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Appoint and manage distributors and promoters to achieve monthly target achievements.
  • Visit markets as per PJP to strengthen market execution and trade relationships.
  • Drive extraction from covered sites and towns to achieve quality gross and tertiary sales.
  • Ensure distributors have the necessary infrastructure, investment, and involvement to provide reliable and effective service.
  • Expand town coverage and distribution outlets to build extraction intensity.

Requirements:

  • 5-11 years of experience in Telco/FMCG.
  • Effective distributor management skills.
