Job Title: Area Business Manager

Hiranandani Financial Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Business Manager to lead our sales team in generating business for Secured Business Loans/LAP through direct sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Expand the customer base in the assigned territory by achieving sales targets.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of Relationship Managers to ensure quality service delivery and achievement of business goals.
  • Develop strategies for market penetration and customer acquisition to build and strengthen the sales and distribution network in the assigned territory.
  • Oversee the entire loan process, from lead generation to loan disbursement, ensuring timely follow-ups, documentation, and communication with clients.
  • Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction while ensuring all sales activities adhere to internal and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales of LAP/Business Loans/Mortgage.
  • Local candidates with local geography knowledge are preferred.
  • At least 2 years of team leading experience is required.
