About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, streamline processes, and ensure smooth execution across departments. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, strong in people management, and capable of driving efficiency to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily operations across departments to ensure efficiency and quality standards.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of projects/events.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of resources (manpower, infrastructure, vendors, logistics).
  • Handle vendor management, procurement, and cost optimization.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare MIS/operational reports, and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, safety norms, and legal requirements.
  • Lead and mentor the operations team, driving accountability and performance.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and provide timely resolutions.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and people-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and data reporting.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of proven experience in operations management (preferably in the EdTech/Education sector).
  • Experience in handling cross-functional teams and vendor management.
