Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with our Sales Team to execute day-to-day bond trades efficiently.
  • Source and share investment options with vendors, ensuring timely updates on existing products.
  • Analyze and present cash flows and pricing for ongoing and available bonds.
  • Train our Sales Team on all available products, focusing on last-mile conversion and joint client call support.
  • Resolve post-sales queries for clients and the Sales Team.
  • Regularly track debt instrument ratings and update the team on upgrades and downgrades.
  • Monitor and maintain the ongoing Debt MF Basket.
  • Develop innovative strategies to promote onboarded debt products, creating engaging content.
  • Conduct market research and analyze investment products in the fixed income market.
  • Understand and pitch for each strategy, ideating new product strategies and preparing marketing materials.
  • Partner with AMCs to introduce new products, preparing marketing materials and presentations.
  • Drive business growth in Fixed Income and Structured Products through Sales Team and digital channels.
  • Boost productivity, business mobilization, revenue, and penetration among our client base for Fixed Income.
  • Foster synergy with various organization verticals.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Graduate or Post Graduate with 2-4 years of experience in Fixed Income or related fields.
  • NISM-Series-XXII: Fixed Income Securities Certification Examination (desired but not mandatory).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to make quick and effective decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
