We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Coach to lead our corporate wellness programs. The ideal candidate will work alongside the Head Coach, delivering high-intensity training sessions, functional strength development, and mobility exercises.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in training sessions, including leading groups as needed;
  • Designing and implementing mobility and recovery sessions focused on corrective exercise;
  • Conducting daily consultations with members to assess progress, provide feedback, and create injury-prevention strategies;
  • Supporting the Head Coach in creating training blocks (stability → strength → power);
  • Maintaining proper form, technique, and safe training practices throughout all sessions;
  • Collaborating with members to develop consistency, confidence, and functional performance;
  • Tracking member progress through training logs and providing structured feedback.

To be considered, candidates must possess:

  • A recognized Strength & Conditioning certification (NSCA-CSCS, NASM, ISSA, ACE, or CrossFit Level 1+);
  • At least 18 months of coaching experience in strength training, functional fitness, or performance training;
  • A strong understanding of corrective exercise, injury-prevention techniques, and mobility training;
  • The ability to coach in a holistic, form-first approach;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A passion for training individuals for performance-driven outcomes;
  • A team-player mindset, open to learning and collaborating under a senior coach.
