We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Corporate Secretary and Compliance Officer.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements, as well as maintaining effective corporate governance practices.

Key responsibilities include:

Compliance Management
  • Maintain awareness of relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines affecting our operations.
  • Develop and implement compliance frameworks and procedures.
  • Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments to identify potential issues.
Corporate Governance
  • Provide expert guidance to our board of directors on best practices in corporate governance.
  • Organize and prepare materials for board and committee meetings.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures.
Company Secretarial Functions
  • Evaluate legal documents and resolve internal disputes, as well as perform other special assignments.
  • Maintain and update corporate records, including board minutes, resolutions, and other legal documents.
  • Facilitate communication between the board, management, and stakeholders.
Risk Management
  • Identify and assess potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a comprehensive understanding of potential risks.
Training and Awareness
  • Conduct training sessions for employees on compliance-related matters.
  • Keep the team informed about changes in laws and regulations that may impact our business.
