The role involves assisting in preparing and reviewing statutory, secretarial and legal documents,

supporting compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements,

preparing forms and returns for filing with authorities,

preparing resolutions, letters, responses and other documents,

maintaining statutory registers and records,

conducting research and staying updated on relevant laws,

collaborating with teams to ensure smooth operations, and

assisting in legal assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and review of statutory, secretarial and legal documents
  • Compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements
  • Preparation of forms and returns for filing with authorities
  • Maintenance of statutory registers and records
  • Research and updates on relevant laws

Requirements:

  • CS Executive Qualified
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of interpretation of law
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Effective teamwork skills
  • Quick to take initiative
  • LLB will be an additional advantage
