A key member of our team is sought for the role of Legal and Taxation Executive.

About the Role
  • Analyze and review legal documents such as NDAs, supplier agreements, and customer contracts.
  • Maintain a comprehensive log of all legal documents and review them periodically before expiry dates.
  • Support secretarial compliances, including director registrations, MOMs related to BOD/AGM, MCA Annual Return, and XBRL filing.
  • Liaise with HQ regarding documentation and legal requirements.
  • Review agreements with vendors and finance-related SOPs and authorization tables.
  • Support ICFR and dematerialization of shares.
  • Prepare a compliance calendar for all legal and tax compliance due dates.
  • Keep abreast of taxation and legal changes on a weekly basis.
  • Assist in taxation and finance matters assigned by the Finance Head.
Qualifications
  • Commerce or Legal Graduate with CA Inter, LLB, or CS Inter qualification.
