Job Title: Corporate Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced corporate project lead to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects from design stage to procurement, construction stage, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process.

  • Implement effective project management frameworks to deliver corporate interior fit-out projects on time, within budget, and meeting client needs.
  • Manage project budgets, risk allowances, monitor and control changes/variations, and ensure assigned projects are completed while meeting client needs, business objectives, and design guidelines.
  • Coordinate teamwork between all project stakeholders, ensure project managers work cooperatively with client SMEs, and keep them up-to-date on project status throughout the process.
  • Manage the performance of delegated responsibilities of the design and project management/site delivery team.
  • Negotiate and coordinate with vendors and business partners through the completion of projects.
  • Establish formal reporting arrangements on project progress for clients and companies.

Requirements:

  • This position requires a detail-oriented approach, quick problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and at least 4 years of experience in the building construction industry.
  • The ideal candidate must have relevant experience in managing multiple corporate/workplace interior fit-out projects and hold a degree in Architecture/Civil or Mechanical Engineering/Construction management or a related discipline.
  • They must have knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs, excellent team management and client-facing experience, and be tech-savvy with experience in adopting digital and technology initiatives.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction is essential.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, are also required.
