**Technical Delivery Lead**

This is a challenging role for an experienced leader who can drive technology projects from initiation to delivery. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent project management skills.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex technology projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to team members, leveraging expertise in software development to inform decisions and strategies.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop low-level technical designs.
  • Managing project resources, including budgeting and vendor management, to ensure effective onboarding and offboarding processes for team members.
  • Implementing Agile practices across teams to enhance collaboration, improve delivery speed, and foster continuous improvement.
  • Identifying potential risks early in the project lifecycle and developing mitigation strategies to communicate effectively to stakeholders.
  • Ensuring that quality standards are integrated into the development process and monitoring project deliverables to meet established quality gates.
  • Measuring project progress using data-driven approaches and conducting regular checkpoints to track actions and ensure accountability.
  • Leading change management processes to adapt to evolving business needs while ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing projects.
  • Mentoring team members, fostering a culture of inclusiveness and collaboration, and encouraging professional development through training and knowledge sharing.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 15-20 years of experience in technology delivery roles, with a strong track record of managing large-scale projects and teams.
  • A significant background in software development, including hands-on coding experience in relevant technologies such as Java or .NET.
  • Strong skills in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and tools (JIRA, Trello).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
