About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to lead our teams in delivering high-quality financial technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and meeting customer requirements.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and designers, to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate project records, including schedules, budgets, and status updates.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 8-20 years of experience in project management, preferably in a product delivery environment.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple teams and leading successful projects.
  • Familiarity with banking and digital channels (online or mobile banking) is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate team members.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
