Main Responsibilities
  • Technology Strategy & Vision: Develop and articulate a forward-looking technology vision that aligns with long-term product and business goals.
  • Product Leadership: Oversee full lifecycle product development, from ideation and prototyping through to launch, scale, and iteration.
  • Engineering Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor globally distributed teams of engineers, QA professionals, architects, and DevOps specialists.
Essential Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in software engineering, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role such as CTO, VP Engineering, or Head of Technology.
  • Experience in logistics tech, freight forwarding systems or transportation/supply chain software.
  • Proven experience overseeing the design and delivery of SaaS products, ideally in B2B environments.
