Job Summary:

The IT Manager will be responsible for defining and managing the IT infrastructure, applications, and hardware within the organization. This includes performing tasks and instructions given by senior management and aligning with industry guidelines and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and manage the IT infrastructure, applications, IT hardware definition, and refreshments within the organization.
  • Perform tasks and instructions given by senior management and align with industry guidelines and policies.
  • Overall responsibility for the IT & Digitalization related functions, including people and process management.
  • Provide IT support, guidance to IT Support Specialists, and address/resolve IT issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
  • At least 7+ years of work experience in an international business environment in a comparable position.
  • Experience with SAP-related systems such as S4/HANA, B1, R3.
  • Proven working experience as an IT Manager or other relevant experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems.
  • Expertise in data center management and data governance.
  • Familiarity with ISO 27001, GDPR, cybersecurity, and other IT compliance standards.
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication skills, team collaboration, and leading projects and teams virtually.
  • Excellent project management skills and problem-solving skills with a strong ability to prioritize tasks.
