Residential Project Lead

As a seasoned professional, you will lead civil construction activities for residential projects. You will be responsible for tracking long-lead items and ensuring timely delivery to meet project timelines. Your role will involve coordinating with stakeholders at the site level to ensure smooth execution of works without compromising safety and quality standards.
You will drive the main contractor, ensuring that all necessary resources are arranged to complete the job efficiently. Regular meetings will be held with the contractor, and construction clearances will be provided as needed.
Additionally, you will work closely with the internal MEP team to understand and execute their responsibilities effectively. You will also be responsible for coordinating and preparing weekly reports with the internal team, ensuring timely delivery to all stakeholders.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead civil works for residential projects, ensuring that all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings.
