Job Description:

We seek an accomplished personal trainer with extensive knowledge in exercise science and programming to design customized training programs for clients, improve strength, endurance, mobility, and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess client fitness levels and progress, adjusting training plans as needed.
  • Motivate and educate clients, helping them stay on track with their health and fitness goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest fitness methodologies and integrate new techniques into training.
  • Collaborate with the team to create holistic wellness solutions.
  • Maintain accurate client records and progress reports.
  • Ensure safety and proper exercise techniques during sessions.
