We are seeking an experienced Lender Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing relationships with banks and non-banking financial companies (NBFCs). Your primary goal will be to increase business volumes with these partners and align them on process flow, KYC, and documentation.

">Key Responsibilities:">

  • Manage relationships with banks and NBFCs to increase business volumes and improve partnership alignment.">
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless disbursements and effective communication with lenders.">
  • Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process notes to streamline activities between internal teams and external stakeholders.">
  • Monitor delinquent accounts and identify areas for improvement to achieve company standards and benchmarks.">
  • Develop and maintain reporting systems and coordinate information exchange with partner lenders.">
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks, deliverables, and documentation.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic partnerships and improve operational efficiency.">

  • A strong background in relationship management, preferably in the banking or finance sector.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.">
  • Proven experience in process improvement, including SOP development and implementation.">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.">
