Key Account Development Executive
The National Accounts team leads partnerships with the largest restaurant chains in the country, focusing on building mutually beneficial and sustainable relationships.
- Complete ownership of national restaurant chains' accounts, driving sustainable and mutually profitable growth in business.
- Build long-term strategic partnerships with national restaurant chains, leveraging strengths in market presence and customer engagement.
- Use data resources to build deeper insights for partners, regularly presenting metrics and recommendations.
- Manage and own complete profit and loss (P&L) across partners, understanding their P&L and business decisions.
- Coordinate onboarding, POS integration, menu changes, and operational performance metrics, streamlining processes and systems to maximize customer experience.
- Align monthly activation on consumer offerings and app marketing interventions with internal teams.
- Create new growth avenues for restaurants on the platform through deeper engagements.
- Partner on out-of-app marketing solutions to propel faster growth for the brand on the platform.
- Resolve partner issues and escalate to internal stakeholders to resolve all queries effectively.
- Stay on top of the competitive landscape in terms of partner positioning in the ecosystem.
