Hotel Operations Manager

To manage and oversee the hotel's housekeeping department, ensuring that all guests receive excellent service and a clean environment.

  • Assign tasks to team members and inspect work to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Evaluate customer complaints regarding housekeeping services and equipment, taking corrective action as necessary.
  • Develop and implement standards and procedures for the housekeeping team, planning work schedules to meet demand.
  • Direct and control housekeeping operations, maintaining adequate staffing levels to meet guest expectations.
  • Support team members in providing effective and efficient services.
  • Maintain accurate records of uniforms, linen, and other departmental supplies.
  • Inspect renovated rooms to ensure they meet quality standards before releasing them to guests.

Motivate and develop staff to promote teamwork and smooth department functioning. Ensure safety provisions are up-to-date and communicate effectively with guests and hotel personnel. Coordinate operations with other departments to optimize resource utilization and efficiency.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: staff management, uniform maintenance, guest interaction, training and development of staff, and implementing safety measures. A degree in Hotel Management or relevant field is required.

Education and Qualifications:

A degree in Hotel Management or relevant field is required.
