Job Role: Front Desk Manager

The Front Desk Manager is responsible for leading the effective management of our hotel operations. He/she will oversee various facets of operations including front office, housekeeping, human resource management, food and beverage, guest experience, maintenance & engineering, security & safety, etc. as per company standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Understanding of the hospitality/hotel industry with extensive work experience
  2. Understanding of company vision, business expansion plans, operational standards, etc.
  3. Managing hotel operations under a brand network, optimizing its performance with a bird's eye view
  4. Understanding hotel pre-launch phase, day-to-day operations, etc.
  5. Supervising various functions and human resources (blue/white collar)
  6. Managing operational quality with attention to detail on various parameters such as infrastructure, services, staff, operations, etc.
  7. Handling & resolving escalations and grievances
  8. Managing profit and loss and cost-effectiveness while ensuring high service quality
  9. Motivating, mentoring, and aligning staffs
  10. Liaising with various departments such as local authorities, vendors, etc. and maintaining a cordial relationship
  11. Coordinating with other departments within the company to resolve issues

Qualifications:

  1. Hospitality graduate/post-graduate or diploma in hospitality
  2. Min. 5 years of experience in a hotel, hostel, guest house, etc.
  3. Extensive operational knowledge of hotel operations
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills
  5. Flexibility to relocate anywhere in northern India
  6. High attention to detail
