Customer Service Representative Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to customer queries via inbound and outbound calls and emails within defined service level agreements (SLAs). You will also record interactions using client systems with proper classification and refer to knowledge bases to perform tasks as per defined processes.

This role requires excellent communication skills, passion for customer service, and the ability to work comfortably with rotational shifts, extended working hours, and weekly offs. Candidates should be comfortable clearing voice and online typing tests.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, intermediate computer operating skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Additionally, they should have basic knowledge of insurance, analytical skills, and active listening and probing skills. Fluency in spoken and written English with effective business communication is also essential.
