Job Title: Key Accounts Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Key Accounts Manager to join our sales team. As a Key Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet business targets
  • Gaining an understanding of customers' needs and applying product knowledge to meet them
  • Ensuring quality of service by developing thorough knowledge of technical specifications and documenting them
  • Cold-calling to create interest in products, generate new leads, and arrange meetings
  • Identifying and developing new business through networking and follow-up courtesy calls
  • Preparing and delivering presentations and demonstrations of software to customers
  • Marketing and promoting a portfolio of products through sales literature and industry events
  • Maintaining awareness of changing software and hardware systems and peripherals
  • Developing effective sales plans using sales methodology
  • Providing technical advice to customers on computer systems and networks
  • Advising on software features and their applications in various contexts
  • Meeting sales targets and contributing to team targets
  • Networking with existing customers to promote additional products and upgrades
  • Handling hardware or software problems and referring specialist colleagues when necessary
  • Responding to tender documents, proposals, reports, and supporting literature
  • Managing workload to organise and prioritise daily and weekly goals
Requirements:
