Job Role:
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Business Development Executive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients to identify business opportunities and secure new loans.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the wholesale banking industry. A strong understanding of secured and unsecured business loan products and services is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to identify business opportunities and secure new loans.
- Analyse market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by negotiating and closing deals with clients.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales or business development with a focus on relationship building and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in Mumbai or Ahmedabad, India.
- Knowledge of local business laws and regulations.
