Commercial Project Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Project Manager to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving project success, managing financial insights, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

  • Contribute to the project success by driving results and managing project KPIs.
  • Develop and implement digitalization initiatives to enhance financial performance.
  • Ensure accuracy and transparency in financial reporting.
  • Optimize working capital throughout the project lifecycle to ensure positive cash flow.
  • Establish effective communication channels with stakeholders to ensure commercial transactions are well-organized.
  • Work collaboratively with the Project Manager to identify, evaluate, and assess risks and opportunities.
  • Support the Project Manager in managing partners and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with transfer pricing and tax requirements.
  • Responsible for monthly forecasting and KPI analysis for responsible projects.
  • Project Controlling involves regular reviews with the project team to ensure timely completion of Quarterly Audit.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of experience in project management and finance.
  • Strong financial acumen and knowledge of project accounting principles.
  • Expertise in financial analysis, project audits, and controlling.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Excel) and SAP.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
