Project Leadership Specialist

Job Overview:

We seek an experienced project leader to oversee large-scale wind energy projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in project planning, coordination, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Monitoring: Develop project charters, schedules, and progress reports; track milestones and actuals against plan.
  • Financial Oversight: Prepare and monitor project budgets, cash flow projections, and board-level documentation.
  • Vendor Coordination: Support project teams in managing vendors and procurement processes.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Align engineering, legal, finance, and logistics teams to ensure timely execution and compliance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with stakeholders, manage queries, and ensure transparent communication.
  • Risk Management: Prepare risk mitigation plans and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Reporting & Governance: Drive weekly/monthly review meetings and prepare MIS reports for executive presentations.
  • Community Integration: Oversee community outreach initiatives and align project goals with community needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in project management, with strong exposure to EPC projects in the renewable energy sector.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale infrastructure projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in handling executive-level reporting and financial planning.
