Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in project management, with a strong background in mechanical engineering and a keen eye for detail.

About the Role

  • Review and analyze drawings received from clients to identify project requirements
  • Develop scope of work based on client needs and ensure accurate estimates
  • Plan and schedule project targets, including daily, weekly, and monthly milestones
  • Coordinate with vendors to review proposals and negotiate pricing
  • Maintain accurate records of materials, labor, and equipment used on projects
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Strong knowledge of Auto Cad and other project management software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Piping Engineering and Design experience
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and Excel
