People Operations Associate

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our team and contribute to the success of our organization. As a People Ops Intern, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our employees have a seamless experience.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for assisting with employee onboarding, including preparing offer letters, induction materials, and first-day experiences.
  • You will support the maintenance of accurate data in our HRIS system, including attendance, leave, documents, birthdays, and anniversaries.
  • You will help with offboarding formalities, including exit letters and documentation, to ensure a respectful transition.
  • You will assist with drafting, updating, and communicating People policies that align with our culture.
  • You will coordinate book clubs, tech meetups, and casual team check-ins to promote our culture.
  • You will assist with documentation, agreements, and record-keeping to stay audit-ready.
  • You will collect and summarize employee feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Hands-on experience in college fests, logistics, or admin coordination is a plus.
  • Strong MS Excel/Google Sheets skills for managing data and reports are a plus.
  • Interest or coursework in People, operations, or business administration is a plus.
