HR Operations Specialist Position

We are seeking a seasoned HR Operations Specialist to oversee our end-to-end HR functions. This role plays a vital part in driving employee engagement and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage talent acquisition processes, ensuring timely delivery of hiring goals.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding procedures, maintaining a seamless employee lifecycle management process.
  • Handle payroll, salaries, provident fund, ESIC, and statutory compliance, ensuring adherence to regulations.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, track attendance, and manage HR management systems (Keka/Zoho), optimizing employee productivity.
  • Develop employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and team events, promoting a cohesive workforce culture.
  • Execute exit formalities in a professional manner, upholding company standards.
  • Act as a strategic HR partner to management while being approachable to employees, providing valuable insights and support.
  • Organize employee engagement events and foster a positive work culture, aligning with organizational values.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4–7 years of strong experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition.
  • Prior experience in Real Estate HR is an added advantage, offering enhanced understanding of the industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and employee-handling skills, enabling effective collaboration and conflict resolution.
  • Strong organizational ability with a track record of timely delivery, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Hands-on knowledge of HRMS platforms (Keka, Zoho) is preferred, showcasing proficiency in HR software.
