Job Title: Strategic Employee Engagement Specialist

Description: As a Strategic Employee Engagement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing and executing programs that enhance workforce morale and productivity.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Designing and implementing employee engagement strategies to drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute events, activities, and initiatives that foster a positive work environment.
  • Serving as a point of contact for employee suggestions and grievances, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Performance Management System (PMS) Duties:

  • Implementing and managing the organization's performance management system.
  • Facilitating goal setting, performance reviews, and appraisal processes.
  • Coordinating with department heads to ensure timely and accurate performance assessments.

Employee Relations Role:

  • Fostering a positive work environment through transparent communication and fair practices.
  • Handling employee grievances and disciplinary issues in accordance with company policies and labor laws.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to drive insights from engagement and performance data.

Education: MBA in Human Resource

Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in employee engagement, PMS, and employee relations.
