**Job Title:** Customer Engagement Specialist

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated customer engagement specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for conducting outbound cold calls to potential leads and prospects. You will engage with inquiries and respond to messages on social media platforms to increase engagement and generate interest.

You will post and share relevant content across social media to nurture leads through the sales funnel. You will also qualify leads, maintain accurate records of interactions, and update our CRM/database. Additionally, you will follow up with warm leads and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies for lead generation.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

To succeed in this role, you must have strong communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written). Experience in cold calling and outbound sales is essential. Familiarity with using social media for business purposes (posting, responding, and engaging with leads) is also required.

Beyond technical skills, you must be self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Good organizational and time management skills are necessary to meet weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
