Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Engagement Leader to drive our consumer activation strategy.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of experts in designing and executing innovative campaigns that engage customers and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute annual plans for customer engagement, including setting targets and measuring success
  • Create clear strategies for each sub-brand to achieve business objectives and measure impact on the brand
  • Build and maintain a consumer database and develop targeted marketing campaigns
  • Promote cost-effective solutions and negotiate with vendors to optimize spend
  • Identify new touch points to engage with customers, such as events, sponsorships, or product placements
  • Design and deploy campaigns using technology, including AR/VR/Meta/Gaming
  • Measure campaign effectiveness through metrics like productivity, sales lift, and brand health
  • Maintain consumer data base creation and review finance tracker and SOP adherence periodically
  • Manage agencies and ensure best practices are showcased
