Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Engagement & Initiatives Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the employee experience across our institutions.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong analytical abilities. You will work closely with leadership to implement engagement programs, surveys, and transparent communication initiatives that drive business results.

  • Employee Engagement:
  • Create and execute an annual engagement calendar tailored to our schools, PU colleges, Head Office, and Early Years
  • Design, implement, and manage engagement programs for employees, including recognition events and team-building initiatives
  • Maintain an employee journey dashboard highlighting milestones, feedback, and engagement scores
  • Onboarding Experience & Employee Journey:
  • Develop and implement a structured onboarding framework to ensure smooth cultural assimilation of new employees
  • Provide insights to managers to improve retention during the probation period
  • HR Analytics & Reporting:
  • Analyze data to identify trends in employee engagement, attrition, and sentiment
  • Present actionable insights to leadership to inform strategic decisions

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4+ years' experience in HR engagement, employee lifecycle management, or related roles
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in HR analytics tools, HRMS, and reporting
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
