The Exit Interview Specialist plays a pivotal role in streamlining the exit process of employees, conducting structured interviews, gathering valuable feedback, and providing actionable insights to enhance retention and workplace culture.

This position demands exceptional efficiency, effectiveness, and focus on employee data. The specialist will manage group mailboxes and SharePoint for incoming requests, ensuring seamless updates to respective tools with employee responses.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive exit interviews with departing employees, maintaining confidentiality and engaging in objective, unbiased discussions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on unique scenarios, preparing and publishing regular reports that showcase key findings and trends.
  • Effectively manage group mailboxes and SharePoint, maintaining accurate records and adhering to established service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Present complex data in a clear and logical manner, working as an individual contributor while being a valued team player.

Previous experience in handling pilot transitions, knowledge transfer, and client-facing exposure is highly desirable.
