Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Remote Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals. The ideal candidate will have experience in desktop support engineering and be able to work in a rotational 24/7 environment.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Provide round-the-clock technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Monitor and respond to incidents via ticketing system within SLA timelines.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting and escalate unresolved issues.
  • Support users across different time zones and ensure minimal downtime.
  • Maintain logs of shift activities and handover reports for continuity.
  • Collaborate with global IT teams for coordinated support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Desktop Support Engineer – 24/7 Shift (2–5 Years Experience).
  • Rotational 24/7 support including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Flexible to work in three shifts: Morning, Evening, and Night.
