Technical Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, identifying and resolving technical issues, and improving overall customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

This role involves providing technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat. You will work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions and support activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to customers through various communication channels.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer problems.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions and support activities.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in SaaS technical support or similar roles.
  • Intermediate understanding of technical systems, APIs, and SQL.
  • Experience working with support ticketing systems such as Jira Service Desk.
  • Strong analytical skills with intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

The following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Familiarity with customer invoicing, billing, or finance operations in a SaaS or B2B environment.
  • Partial overlap with US business hours.
