ERP Analyst - Timekeeping and Scheduling Systems

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced ERP Analyst specializing in timekeeping and scheduling systems to support healthcare workforce operations. This role involves daily system support, configuration, and issue resolution in close collaboration with HR, Payroll, and Operational teams.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Workday Timekeeping, ShiftWizard, and badge systems such as Dormakaba/Kronos. They must be able to provide operational support for healthcare timekeeping and scheduling systems, configure shifts, leave policies, time rules, and rotational schedules in Workday and ShiftWizard, troubleshoot user punch errors, clock integrations, and badge access issues using Dormakaba/Kronos, and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, system rules, and integrations.

In addition, the successful candidate will partner with HR, Payroll, and Operations to ensure accurate scheduling and time tracking, participate in audits, system upgrades, validation, and testing cycles, and demonstrate strong attention to detail with effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily operational support for healthcare timekeeping and scheduling systems.
  • Configure shifts, leave policies, time rules, and rotational schedules in Workday and ShiftWizard.
  • Troubleshoot user punch errors, clock integrations, and badge access issues using Dormakaba/Kronos.
