Job Title: Field Specialist

This role focuses on developing market understanding and generating enquiries through various activities, such as conducting outreach in employment exchanges, colleges, job fairs, and the unorganized sector workforce.

  1. Gain knowledge of the micro-market in the territory, including the prospect base and ecosystem, to create effective business strategies.
  2. Engage with graduates to ensure lead generation and build relationships with stakeholders to create a database of eligible candidates.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a proven track record of successful lead generation and customer relationship building. The role requires extensive travel for outreach locations and involves managing activities end-to-end, generating databases, making presentations, convincing prospects to take up courses, and paying training fees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Understanding: Gain knowledge of the micro-market in the territory, including the prospect base and ecosystem.
  • Enquiry Generation: Conduct multiple activities in employment exchanges, colleges, job fairs, and unorganized sector workforce within or outside the location to generate enquiries.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Meet Enrolment/Order Intake Goal.
  • Use various means to generate enquiries (BTL activities, job drives, college connect, etc.).
  • Conduct compliant admission processes and ensure admission of students who qualify through the process.
  • Ensure system updating and daily reporting.
  • Travel to various locations and conduct enrolment drives.
