About the Role

In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining financial accuracy by ensuring timely and precise invoicing. Your key responsibilities will include preparing and issuing invoices to customers, meeting delivery timelines, entering invoices into customer websites, submitting invoices electronically, and understanding customer-specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoices Preparation: Prepare accurate and compliant invoices for customers.
  • Timely Delivery: Meet critical invoice delivery deadlines.
  • Customer Portal Entry: Seamlessly enter invoices into customer online portals.
  • Electronic Submission: Efficiently submit invoices through electronic data interchange.
  • Customer Specific Requirements: Demonstrate expertise in invoicing specific to individual customer needs.
  • Invoice Accuracy Check: Thoroughly review each field on invoices before submission.
  • Supporting Documentation: Ensure all necessary documentation is attached to invoices.
  • System Update: Timely update invoice submission status in our system.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of invoice submissions and customer interactions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the payroll and invoicing team to streamline the invoicing process.
  • Account Statements: Provide clear account statements to customers.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile self-billed cases with customer-approved timesheets, addressing any discrepancies in billing or payment.
  • Rejections & Adjustments: Effectively handle invoice rejections and credit/rebill requests.
  • Process Documentations: Develop and maintain comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the invoicing process.
  • Platform Improvement: Contribute to continuous platform improvement initiatives for efficient invoicing processes.
  • Credit Control Support: Collaborate with credit control to ensure timely collection of payments.
