Job Title: Financial Analyst - Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist

In this key finance role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, vendor payments, and customer payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Payable:
  • Process vendor invoices accurately and timely, verifying appropriate approvals and coding;
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner;
  • Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
Accounts Receivable:
  • Customer Invoicing:
  • Generate accurate and timely customer invoices;
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding payments;
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries and issues.
Financial Reporting and Analysis:
  • Financial Reports:
  • Assist in month-end and year-end close processes related to accounts payable and receivable;
  • Prepare financial reports and analysis on payables/receivables aging, cash flow, and other relevant metrics;
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
  • Proven experience in Accounts Receivable/Payable roles;
  • Strong analytical and data entry experience;
  • Outstanding communication skills;
  • Strong ERP systems and computer skills;
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance.
