Financial Analyst Role

Our ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in invoicing, customer service, and financial reconciliation.

  • Accurately invoicing customers by collaborating closely with sales teams to ensure seamless communication.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries regarding accounts and billing queries, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Monitoring customer deposits and deferred revenue to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Reconciling trade debtors and creditors on a monthly basis, as well as overseeing debt collection efforts.
  • Reconciling bank statements in Xero for all bank accounts and credit cards, guaranteeing transparency and accuracy.
  • Assisting with month-end closing journal entries and preparing year-end financial statements to provide stakeholders with comprehensive financial insights.
  • Reviewing contractors' invoices and payroll manual journals to identify areas of improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough financial analysis and reconciliation to maintain accurate records.
