Job Title: Financial Analyst

A key role for a Financial Analyst to support the team with payroll-related accounting, vendor payments, statutory compliance, and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting Support

The position involves verifying payroll and faculty remuneration data, processing disbursements, booking and reconciling expenses, and preparing documentation for audits and reports.

  • Payroll & Remuneration Management

Review payroll data of employees, apprentices, and faculty shared by the HR team, check calculations, and ensure accuracy in documentation.

  • Cash Flow Management & Accounting

Obtain approvals and make salary/remuneration payments, perform basic accounting entries related to salary expenses, provisions, and monthly reconciliations under supervision.

  • Compliance & Tax Handling

Verify statutory payment data (PF, ESI, PT) and match them with challans, assist in GST invoice validation and recording in the ERP system.

  • Advance Clearance & Coordination

Maintain records of advances given to payroll-related parties and track their clearance status, coordinate with the accounts team for due clearance processes.

  • Audit Support & Reporting

Prepare and maintain basic schedules and reports for internal and statutory audits, contribute to the preparation of monthly MIS reports as required.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with HR, compliance, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations and accurate financial processes.
