Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for mid to senior-level positions.

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and talent mapping.

You will be working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and create job descriptions that meet the needs of our business.

Responsibilities include screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates based on their fit within our organization. You will also be responsible for driving recruitment for volume hiring and niche roles in warehousing/logistics functions.

Maintaining recruitment dashboards and ensuring adherence to time-against-targets (TAT) is also a key aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for mid to senior-level positions.
  • Source candidates through various source mixes like job portals, networking, employee referrals, and headhunting.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers/ stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and create job descriptions.
  • Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on organizational fit.
  • Drive recruitment for volume hiring and niche roles in warehousing/logistics functions.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards, MIS, and ensure adherence to TAT.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition (mandatory in Warehousing/Logistics industry).
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and talent mapping.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
